If you don’t love your product, Salon Theory will gladly accept returns or exchanges on all products for in store credit only.

SERVICE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please call us or your stylist within 7 days of your service. We will do our best to accommodate your needs at no additional cost, upon consulting with your original service provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate a call 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.

We understand that emergencies and last-minute plans come up, which may be grounds to excuse our cancellation policy (that is left to the discretion of your service provider) however, any cancellation within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service at any time due to these matters.

LATE POLICY

Out of respect for all our guests, guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late for a service will be honored at their service providers discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

CHILD CUTS

We warmly welcome children to our salon! To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly request that parents or guardians supervise their children during their visit. This helps us maintain a tranquil environment for everyone to enjoy their pampering experience. Thank you for understanding.
