Cristy has more than 23 years of experience in the salon industry. She knew she wanted to be a hairstylist from the age of 10 and told her family she wanted to own a salon as soon as she could. She committed and started her career at the age of 16 in Cleveland, Ohio. She immersed herself completely in industry education and took many advanced color classes with Wella, Goldwell, and Redkin to name just a few. Having worked under the tutelage of top hairstylists throughout her career and gaining a lot of experience as a stylist, she then felt confident to take the chance in 2015 and make the dream of being a salon owner come true and opened SalonTheory. To Cristy, the customer is everything, and providing the best service at all times is the key to her success. She always takes the time to get to know you and understand your wants and needs, so that you walk out the door completely satisfied. Cristy takes this passion seriously and has dedicated herself to being the best stylist and business owner she can be.

Anna Danilova
Esthetician / Nail Technician

Anna has been a Colorado licensed esthetician and nail technician for over 27 years. She has an extensive background in skin care, waxing, and nail services. Specializing in peels and deep pore facials with great care taken during extractions, her goal is for clients to leave happy and well taken care of. Beyond the service, Anna provides a great understanding of their individual skin care requirements supported by a solid home care regimen.

Chandra Moseley
Master Color Specialist

Chandra has been a hair color specialist since 2002. She realized early on in cosmetology school that hair color would be her true passion in the hair industry. You’ll find that Chandra is very attentive to her client’s hair goals and will help each client reach their desired tones and texture in color to enhance and complement her client’s natural skin pigment and overall look. It is also very important to Chandra to maintain the integrity of the hair and to use the industry’s environmentally cleanest and most sustainable products.

She applies the first step of the process by introducing color and then loves to coordinate with Salon Theory’s stylists to complete the vision and entire look.

Chandra’s services are priced “ala carte” to give each client proper options in their scheduling. Please make sure to schedule a blow dry if desired after the coloring service if you are not seeing a stylist for a haircut afterward.

Hailey Neault
Junior Stylist and Colorist

Hailey recently began her career as a hairstylist. She started school in October 2020 and graduated in March 2022. While attending school she was an apprentice at SalonTheory. In December of 2022, she got certified in Bellami hair extensions! Hailey also specializes in highlighting techniques, such as balayage, foliage, and highlights. She loves to travel around the country to attend color classes to help expand her knowledge of color techniques.

Katie Armana
Master Stylist

After 26 years behind the chair, Katie no longer offers “just haircuts.” She offers transformation. A master stylist trained through Aveda’s holistic approach, Katie blends advanced technical skill with deep intuitive presence to create an experience unlike traditional salons. Clients come for the hair — and leave feeling activated, seen, and reconnected to their truth. Her chair is a sacred container where beauty, energy, and identity converge. Through intuitive listening, energetic awareness, and masterful craftsmanship, Katie helps people shed old versions of themselves and step into who they are becoming. This is hair as ceremony. Megan Montoya
Styling Specialist

A Colorado native, Megan began her career in Denver in 2005 when she graduated from cosmetology school and began to serve as a fellow and cut/style specialist at the Montana Salon and Day Spa - though her passion for hair is truly lifelong! It was here that she fell in love with specializing in one sector of the hair world, becoming a master in her craft of cutting and style for both men and women. The impetus for helping people look and feel their best is her main goal and drives Megan to be committed to constantly improving her craft both through staying apprised of the latest trends and innovations and attending hair shows around the country. In addition to a deep commitment to providing the best possible experience to every single client, she is also dedicated to developing relationships with everyone who comes to her booth, evidenced by her many decade-long clients. She takes her craft seriously but believes your hair experience should also be both relaxing and fun, and looks forward to helping you feel your best with an amazing cut! Megan is Aveda and Intercoiffure trained during her formative years. Rochelle Groutas
Master Color Specialist

Rochelle has been a color specialist for over 15 years. She began her career with one of the top colorists/stylists in the industry, Horst Rechelbacher, founder of the well-known Aveda product line. She was very fortunate to do her advanced color training at Horst Salons (now Juut SalonSpa) taking her skills to the next level. During this time, she was immersed in a solid education rooted in the philosophy of Aveda’s responsible, eco-friendly product line. Having the opportunity to work with Horst provided Rochelle with an incredible launching pad for her career. Throughout the past 12 years, she has engaged in advanced skill classes, innovative color training, styling for runway shows, and adopted fashion-forward philosophies. Each of these experiences has kept her on the cutting edge within the realm of color. She is always excited to be presented with new challenges that allow for constant growth and change in this fast paced industry. She has an unwavering passion for color and takes immense pride and pleasure in her work.

Shandra Jennings
Stylist

Known for fresh, edgy cuts and surreal updos, Shandra has been styling hair for nearly two decades. Her attention to detail and perfection have made her a master of intricate, formal hairstyles and updated classic cuts. She loves the feeling of accomplishment when she can give a style that makes a client say "I have GOT to go out tonight!". When she's not behind the chair, Shandra enjoys spending time with her daughters, shopping, and relaxing.
